The Rotary Club of Titsey & District
MoonRaker NightWalk Challenge

The MoonRaker Night Challenge took place on 22nd May 2010 in support of Help for Heroes, the 1st Hurst Greens Scouts - Hut Appeal and Rotary Charities.

Over the past 5 years, over 1500 walkers have raised over £40,000 on our MoonRaker NightWalk Challenge. This year the Rotary Club of Titsey and District, in association with 1st Hurst Green Scouts organised another walk on Saturday 22nd May 2010. Starting in the evening, teams of between four and eight adults followed directions on one of two courses of about six miles along footpaths, starting and finishing at The National Trusts's Chartwell, home of Winston Churchill - a real challenge not only for their stamina but also navigation as the routes are quite rural.

The Awards Evening will take place at the Limpsfield Royal British Legion on Monday 28th June 2010 at 7.30 pm.

We also thank the following companies who gave us sponsorship to cover costs such as the Red Cross, Raynet, hire of equipment, etc.
